Our Journey Through the Years
Since our founding in 2015, Evergreen has grown from a small agency to a trusted healthcare provider serving numerous communities across Canada.

Expanded partnerships with more group homes and day programs across Toronto and Barrie, helping more individuals with specialized support needs.

Built a larger network of trained healthcare and community support professionals to meet growing demand.

Responded quickly to pandemic needs by strengthening in-home care and support services, ensuring safety and continuity for our clients.
Training Programs
Launched new internal training programs for caregivers, including Enhanced Support Skills, First Aid, and Specialized Caregiving courses.

Training and Development
We invest in our people because better training means better care. Our staff receives hands-on training in: First Aid and CPR, Enhanced Support Techniques, Safe Management Training, Autism Awareness, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. We believe continuous learning builds stronger teams and better service for the communities we support.
